North East Services (Previously known as North East Electrical Services) offer customers a friendly, affordable and complaint service by providing high standards from fully certified engineers. Trading as a Ltd company with an office located in Aberdeen City the business was originally established in 2016 to provide domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical services to a variety of industries. We have recently increased our services to offer gas and plumbing works and currently in the process of expanding our company.
Throughout our development process we are always considering our environmentally friendly responsibilities, individually and as a team, of saving energy, water, going paperless, minimizing electrical waste, and recycling. We also hope to have our vehicle fleet operating on electrical vehicles by 2030. We will continue to devote our time to design processes, policies and procedures that have little or no damaging effect on our environment. Working closely with our HSE partner and government we will continue to educate staff on this matter through our company core values and hold this as our future vision.
We align our company objectives with the SMART guidelines and promise to offer our customers aim for continuous improvement of quality of services through reliability, performance and affordability. We strive to improve customer satisfaction aiming to increase customer lifetime value. Ensure the compliance and well-being of staff and customers are always maintained, internally reviewing our HSE performance on a quarterly basis. We aim to increase services offered and continue to expand and continue to promote services and grow brand awareness while obtaining customer retention.
We offer a user-friendly online system to book, accept quotes, arrange works and pay invoices all while offering a comprehensive price range. We have an online portal tool for customers who can view and book previous and upcoming works providing us with a well organised and efficient document control process.
We are NICEIC approved and Gas Safe Registered which involves a full in-depth audit of all our engineers and business process. This provides us with a UK renowned governing body certificates to show our dedication and professionalism to the sectors we work in.

A PAT test is a Portable Appliance Test in which electrical appliances are routinely checked for safety. The formal term for the process is “in-service inspection & testing of electrical equipment”.
An LRA is a Legionella Risk Assessment. The HSE states that legionella risk assessment needs to identify whether: Water is stored or re-circulated as part of your system. The water temperature in some or all parts of the system is between 20–45 °C. There are sources of nutrients such as rust, sludge, scale and organic matters.
All landlords of domestic rental properties must undertake a Legionella Risk Assessment to comply with legal requirements.
Landlord ‘s Gas Safety Check (CP12) is a legal requirement. This covers all the gas appliances in a property to ensure that they’re safe. It must be carried out annually.
An EICR is an electrical installation condition report, or periodic inspection report as they used to be called are often referred to by customers as a Landlord Safety Test or Homebuyers Test. During anEICR, the consumer unit (or fuse board), wiring and electrical accessories are thoroughly tested and inspected for faults or deviations from the Wiring Standards. Throughout the test, the following will be inspected and tested:
